Question for you all: After lip smacking and knuckle cracking, which are the two sounds that make my head implode, comes whistling. I feel horrible. Today the person who occupies the office next to mine was whistling. I literally chased him down until I found him and to be honest ... I was so upset, I don't even know what I said, but he got the message that the whistling bothers me. I told me husband and he reminded me of a time when we were dating. I had twisted my ankle at the gym and we had to cancel our dinner plans. He came over to help take care of me and do dishes. He was whistling the theme to the Brady Bunch, and I jumped out of bed on my bad ankle, ran to the kitchen and asked him ever so rudely, "Is that the Brady Bunch theme song." He said he knew at that point that he would never whistle in my

presence.

I have to wonder if I was that enraged at work, and what it will be like on Monday. Has anyone else had this happen? I am a bit embarrassed. How do you explain it to people.
