Guest guest
Good morning everyone, I woke up this morning at 5:20 after falling asleep at 9 PM last night, with very little pain. I couldn't believe it. I think I'll be able to forego all my pain killers today, I've got to take advantage of this, but not too much. I know what could happen if I tried to over do it. I am still going to go through my morning routine of doing all of my stretches and physical therapy that my neurosurgeon had given me 2 years ago, they really help my back to be less tight,And the legs and mid back to relax, though the fractured area's wont be, I hope affected. Time will tell. One of the stretches will have to wait for some time yet though, It was the hamstring stretch, I'm afraid I'll tear it again. That happened while stretching two years ago, And I can really feel it's affects two years later when I try to walk up or down a hill. Again, My Neurosurgeon or my Orthopedic surgeon, said they can repair it via surgery, but you know my feeling about more surgery. It's not going to happen unless it's life threatening and I think I can stand that pain. I've been using mineral ice to calm it down.Well time to stretch. Take care everyone, and have a great day. /NY
