Guest guest Posted April 24, 2006 Report Share Posted April 24, 2006 Hi I'm Emmy, I started my weightloss journey exactly 5 years ago, sadly, I'm back at square 1. I'm currently 226 lbs, I have lost 14 lbs in the past 2 months through light walking and logging my food intake on Fitday. I'm planning on starting BFL as soon as I can walk for 1/2 hour comfortably, I can now go for only 20 minutes now. Back in May 2001, I was 213 lbs, I started walking 5 days a week, I increased my walks to 6-7 days a week for 40-90 minutes and slowly added weighttraining 4 days a week. I lost 50 lbs in 4 months and I wasn't even watching what I was eating. Unfortunately, a new job, among other things didn't allow me to exercise as much and I ended up stopping completely.
