Guest guest
Doug, I started doing crunches, or I should say trying to do crunches. I happen to have a rather large upper abdominal hernia and felt lots of strange feelings of nausea when starting out. I still haven't had the hernia repaired (yet???), but I can now handle the incline bench with cable resistance weights for my crunches & /or sit-ups. So... Trust us... It will come! And don't think of the program as only 12 weeks, as that's the time it takes to develop good habits and start to change your body. Even if you get to the " perfect " body in 12 weeks, how do you think you get to keep it? Yep! Think of the title... " Body for LIFE " . You certainly have the mantra down pat, now make the progress happen! And it will. doug albert wrote: > > OMG I was thinking that doing crunches to the 12-10-8-6-12 & 12 wouldn't > be enough....try 10 ab crunches on the decline and old Doug was huffin > and puffin...I know and thank GOD progress not perfection.
