Guest guest Posted April 4, 2005 Report Share Posted April 4, 2005 Hi, I hate it when I write an e-mail or a post and then it goes away Anyway... I have posted Week 8 photos. (I took them first thing in the morning, I apologize for the crappy hair). Think I have made a small amount of progress, as many of you know, the second 4 weeks weren't as strong as the first 4 weeks - after all, I had the St. Pat's calorie blow out. But still some progress - so far this challenge I have lost about 5 lbs and 3 % BF. My trip to Mexico is rapidly approaching, and I don't know if I will be at my goal by then (kind of doubt it) but that is okay - I am feeling pretty good now and there are a lot of other summer activities planned for me to set goals for (none as exciting as Mexico, but still) My clothes are definitely fitting looser and I think I will hit the smallest I have been in the past 5 years. I should soon be breaking the 140 barrier so that is very exciting. I don't have too many snags to overcome this next 4 weeks - my birthday is probably the biggest one and I have my 5 year college reunion coming up, but I think I can overcome. We shall see. Heidi P.S. no alcohol units since the St. Pats binge!! My bday is this week though so I don't think self prohibition is continuing much longer as I will probably have a glass of wine (or 2) to celebrate. Anyway, have a great week everyone!
