Guest guest
Great work, Dave!!!! You inspire me to look forward to reporting my weightloss successes! TaeBo Love Tyra Checking in as well Good morning all you Tae-Boaholics! It's a beautiful morning here in Albemarle, NC and life is grand! I am pleased to announce that my weight has dropped to 171-172 lbs. (depends on how the scale is feeling in the morning...ha ha). My goal is to get down to 165 by summer's end and maintain that weight, give or take a pound here andf there. I finished the work week with Basic Training Bootcamp and plan on ending the week with some ABS Bootcamp. Some of you who know me will be glad to know that I have almost kicked the Doritos addiction I have (had). Everyone keep up the great work and continue to keep attitudes positive. Dedication and determination will help us all reach the goals we set in life.
Guest guest
Tyra, Thanks a bunch! The biggest hurdle for me is getting over certain food cravings. The exercise I look forward to unless fatigue gets the best of me. You keep Tae-Bo-ing on and reach the goal you set for yourself. YOU CAN DO IT!!!
