Guest guest
But, it is the end of school and vacation time. I have news, I've been accepted into an active senior community. I will have a rail in the bathroom, the tub is kind of low for stepping over, and there is a cord I can pull if I have any problems. That helps me feel more secure. I intend to find a face-to-face support group near it. I really look forward to having my own space again. I definitely look forward to being able to afford the supplements I need to keep doing better. There are two rooms, so what I now have in storage can be moved into one for me to work on and I can use the first room to sleep in. there are also closets and shelves all along one wall. I will need to declutter and reduce my load of stuff - but I can do that. I've already downsized for the move to the place I live in now. I rent 1 small bedroom and it costs double what I would pay for the efficiency. Due to the lady's cats and my cats being in squabble mode, I have to remain in my room at night, so I have a commode to use, but it is hard when I get hungry or thirsty even if I bring things in. It will also be nice to have a bed again - I am sleeping on a pull-out single and it's not really comfortable. I've also been researching more on the use of 5-HTP and think it may help me in small doses during the day along with the Tryptophan I take with other herbs at night. So - with all the rain storms this week, I haven't felt very good - more pain, trouble sleeping. I do have another resource book about FM and I've had to laugh at some of the phrases used, like : " I think I'm parked diagonally in a parallel universe.
