Thanks for sending this. Some of the most recent autism research on twins suggested autism is 40% genetics and 60% environmental. This shocked a lot of folks who believed the bulk was genetic.

I saw a small part of Dr. Phil yesterday on a girl who was getting bullied. He asked her and the girl who bullied her to write ten things about themselves. The girl who was bullied and came from a better home, statements all were on achievement. The girl who bullied wrote all about behavior. Dr. Phil said, she needs help too as she was not responsible for the environment she was born into or her parents bad behavior they modeled to her or the environment they created for her.

Makes us "all" think of our parenting skills or lack of them and what it can do to our children. Just a thought??????
