I would have to agree. My son is a very quiet eater.Subject: Re: computer noisesTo: Soundsensitivity Date: Monday, September 12, 2011, 11:21 AM

I too hate other people typing on a computer. It is strange how we don't annoy ourselves. I know that I try to type quietly.

Also I have annoyed myself before when eating something like a banana, when I let out a rare accidental smack. I would think that those of us with 4S are some of the quietest eaters in the world.

The lady I work with keyboard is so loud and when she types I just give her dirty looks.. its so bad.. and I know my keyboard makes noise but that doesn't bother me.. Just the office environment itself is very difficult to deal with everyday! Between the whistling, snapping fingers, typing, feet shuffling, hiccuping.. I dont know what to do with myself most days! Other than cursing the people out in my mind and having my blood pressure rise!

I'm like you, ecudnyj: that sound drives me completely insane. The guy next door POUNDS, and I really do mean pounds, on his keyboard, I imagine much like the pianist. I actually went so far as to spend my own money buying him different keyboard and switching it with his one night after he went home. The noise is slightly better, but he manages to get very impressive volume out of the new keyboard despite the fact that it was sold as a "quiet" keyboard.I also used to sit near a guy who played Solitaire on his computer, and instead of dragging the cards around, he clicked on them. He played literally all day (which I don't understand -- I'd die of boredom, but anyhow) and the effect was for me to hear "clickclickclickclickclickclickclickclick" ALL. DAY. LONG. Maddening. Fortunately, earplugs helped with that one.> >> > Does anyone get enraged by listening to typing on the keyboard or clicking > > of the mouse? I am dying inside to tell this woman to try and quietly do her hiccup/burps. A couple of times "in jest" I said joking around (being serious though) .. "gotta do something about that.. LOL" and she laughed it off and she thinks its funny. Sometimes it comes out so loud and then she just chuckles, all the meantime I am losing my damn mind! Everytime she does it I huff under my breath.. thinking maybe she would get the hint.. no such luck! Personally I think it is obnoxious to do that at work.. I understand that once in a while those things happens, but not multiple times a day for the same person EVERYDAY!

I know how you feel. A couple of times I sent email to the guy next door to me, saying, "You know, the letters come out on the screen just fine if you type normally -- really no need to pound quite so hard." He just ignored them, but I think he got a little better for a few days each time. I think.> > >> > > Does anyone get enraged by listening to typing on the keyboard or > clicking > > > of the mouse?
