I am contemplating doing a supplement program for healing tendons and ligaments.

I am getting prolotherapy, but want to make the treatments more effective. And

maybe hopefully reduce the amount of prolotherapy I need to heal my connective

tissue damage (i.e. spend some money to save more money). Here is what I am

thinking:

Hydrolyzed collagen and whey:

cod liver oil:

355-ml/2417

Glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSML

Growth factors:

The last one kind of worries me. I have no reason to believe it is not safe,

but I have an emotional reaction to it because it looks like something a body

builder would take. And if a body builder takes it, it must be bad, right? =)

At any rate, all these growth factors (derived from some special new zealand

deer antler) are almost precisely what is released by platelets in the area when

there is an injury to connective tissue. Prolotherapists also know this, and

some of these get injected into the damaged areas as part of the prolotherapy

solution.

In addition to this, I am looking for a supplement that has all of the

following:

zinc

Vit C

Vit B6

manganese

copper

silicon

calcium

If anyone can recommend a product, that would round off all the nutrition I

want.

Thanks!
