Hi ,

Are you talking about the toggle switches on the wood box? My woodbox came with

a toggle switch that was loose and did not make the connection. just sent

us a new toggle switch and it was a really easy fix. He might send you a switch

and he can probably walk you through how to fix it on the phone as he did with

us. If it is just a toggle switch, I don't see any need to send the machine

back. It would be a good thing for you to learn how to replace them in case it

happens again.
