Guest guest
I wish I hadn't gone to Mr. Presta's site to hear that interview. He has an online driving anxiety program that I foolishly purchased, hoping I could learn some new tips for dealing with my agoraphobia. Well, I feel it was a scam. I paid almost $90 for a rehash of what I've already been learning, similar to ACT and other anxiety programs on the Web. If others visit his site, please don't fall for his over-hyped programs with all their " testimonials. " I now know that ACT is the real thing. Presta has no credentials that I could tell, so I shouldn't have fallen for it ... this is the price of desperation (wanting a quick fix). Of course, I'm angry with myself for buying into that idea (that there is a quick solution) when I should know better. For the price of an ACT workbook, I could make real progress, while understanding that it takes time and effort (effort that I haven't really expended). ~ lisa http://richpresta.com/stevenhayes I really got a lot out of it - the info is still slowly seeping in!
