knew they couldn't ask my dad for any decision making. Only I could

make decisions regarding my dad's medical and financial issues.

> With a " joint " POA does that mean you and the son make decisions

together or can either at separate times make a decision? I have

never heard of a " joint " POA. I have heard of one person being POA

and in the effect a first person is unable to perform as POA a second

person is named.
