Re: burning sensation in knees/legs

Hi all,

I really need some advice. I've had MS for 16 years and it has been stable

for a while until recently. I have been experiencing burning sensations in both

of my knees for the past three days. It was on Sunday, while I was cooking

that I realized I could not stand on my legs for too long because it felt like

bone was rubbing on bone while I was trying to cook. The first thought that

came to mind is that it might be osteoarthritis, but at this point I'm not

going to speculate.

My means of taking care of myself is using alternative therapies. Taking

herbs, vitaminsI recently started going back to my acupunturist, I eat a

well-balanced diet of fruits, veggies, fish, grains, rice milk: no dairy, red

meat,

and the like. I usually excerised at least 3-4 times a weeks riding a

stationary bike and aerobic stretching, but with the way I feel now exercising

is the

last thing I want to do. I do have to admit that I have experienced alot of

other symptoms like frequent cracking of the joints, uti, slow bowels-this is

something I go through on a daily basis from the day I was diagnosed with MS.

I guess what I need help with is can anyone suggest what herbs or supplements

can I take that will help to ease this pain I am going through. I feel that

the cartilage in both of my knees are wearing thin; I forgot to mention I just

turned 32 years old. For now, I placed ice packs on my knees to help relieve

the pain, but it doesn't last for too long. Your advice would be greatly

appreciated.

Hi MIchelle,

My first thought is that you need to work on the bowels. When the body gets

backed up and full of toxins, the joints are sometimes where we will notice

it. 32 years old is really young to have bone on bone unless you have had

some injuries. I had that same type burning pain before in my ankle and in

my case its associated with nerve flow problem coming from my hip. I did use

acupuncture and now I know how relived the spasms that cause tension in my

hip by myself. I have not had to go to anyone for a long while and when I

feel the pain start to come into my ankle I just work certain points on my

hip and shin. Since yours is in both knees sounds more like toxins but its

just my opinion. Digestive enzymes and pro-biotics can help get the bowel

moving, drinking lots more water then maybe you do. What kind of grains are

you eating?? you might want to cut way down or eliminate for a short time to

see if that helps. You could add antioxidants and do some liver cleansing as

well, but only after the bowels are moving. Fish oil is something that you

could add also to help reduce any inflammation in the body. If you need

recommendations just let me know.

Dear ,

For people with MS, some authorities suggest avoiding fish (because of

its high mercury content) and any grains containing gluten (wheat, rye,

barley, and oats).

You might try adding these two supplements to your daily protocol:

glucosamine and chondroitin.

Also, try massaging your knees with cold pressed peanut oil (an Edgar

Cayce remedy).

All the best,

me realize that there was something that was not suggested.

That is phosphatidyl choline, either in pills or injection. My father

suffered with severe knee pain and went and had a number of injections and

now the pain is gone. Phos/chol is implicated in myelinization and if you

don't have enough of this, you cannot rebuild myelin (see methyl magic by

Craig Cooney).

Lastly, there is a researcher in the US, Kane, who has been giving

phos/chol injections to ms patients with good results. Check out her

Magnets increase circulation and can increase bone density, not to

mention improving balance. If you email me personally I can send

you some thermal photos and info on how this works (please include

this correspondence so I will remember!).

Hi ,

Its sounds like you have done lots of things to really help yourself. I am

curious, does a colonic clean the whole bowel system??? It would seem like

you should not be holding too many toxins since you are routinely cleaning

out. I have been told that cracking noise it actually the ligaments rubbing

across the joint and does not mean anything. I don't know how true that is.

I work with horses and they get that cracking all the time in their hind

legs. SOme have it really loud, but it never seems to be associated with

soreness in anyway. The bone on bone feeling, its hard to say if that is

actually what you have without an xray to determine whats going on. Can you

get one of your knees?? The advice of Glucosamine is good, I however to not

use chrondroitin as the studies have shown it not to be that useable in the

body. Since I have used these type things for years with my horses, I have

seen the results of the various different kinds. Glucosamine has always

worked well, Its important to use one that can be digested by the body

though and some are cheap products with fillers and synthetics so read

labels carefully. I use the product Ambrotose which has the glucosamine in

it, and also some other Glyconutrients. It has been shown to reduce 8 of the

10 bio-markers of aging and bone density is one of those. Try switching from

flax to fish oil, if that is not against your diet. The fish is more readily

usable as DHA where as the flax has to be converted and sometimes a person

is not that efficient doing the conversion. Just have to make sure that the

fish oil has no mercury or PCBS and many brands now days will tell you right

on the label this fact. If they do not say they are tested merucry free,

chances are they are not.

Here is a letter I got from Delise I thought you

might be interested. Blessing,Kathy

Kathy,

Yes, it is that easy, but not that quick....This is a

pretty slow process. After all you have had this a

long time. However getting slowly better beats the

alternative.

I had MS since 1962 It changed to secondary

progressive in 1995. Every day I would wake up and

something stopped working. I was barely walking.

Today I'm fine...

This is NOT instant. Since you have had this a long

time, it will take a long time to get better.

However, first and foremost you will not get any

worse. and, you will very slowly and very subtlety

get better.

I hope that you are willing to give

colloidal silver a try. It has changed my life. I

have enclosed a little journal I kept Since

we have not been able to talk, I want you to know a

few facts so I have enclosed some information.

The first point I need to make is that

about six years ago the “experts discovered” that MS

is an autoimmune disease after all. MS along with

Parkinson’s, chronic fatigue syndrome, Lupus, crones,

and many other diseases are after all viruses.

These viruses are microscopic and are hidden under the

plaque on the central nervous system. The silver

finds these viruses and suffocates them.

I do not have any type of degree, etc. I

only know what I have recently learned about colloidal

silver. It is extremely safe. There are no side

effects. It will not interfere with any other

medication or foods. It will not build up in your

liver, kidneys, or any other part of the body. It very

simply suffocates the virus and is eliminated from the

body. NASA uses silver to keep the water pure in the

space station. In 1900 The FDA said silver kills 650

viruses & bacteria. That was before they created

antibiotics. Now that drugs are SUCH A HUGE money

making business, they wish they had not said it, but

they did, and it is true.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND you have had this

disease for a very long time. It will not go away

quickly. You may not even notice a difference for 8

weeks. It is VERY SUBTLE. You will not even realize

you have improved until one day you think about it,

and you do feel better. I feel this is a new way of

life for me. I would never even think about giving up

my colloidal silver. I will drink it forever. You

must commit a very minimum of SIX MONTHS to this. In

those six months I am very sure you will see

improvement. Remember silver suffocates viruses. It

doesn’t know the difference from the MS virus, flu

virus, cold virus, or any other. Therefore, if a cold

or flu virus comes along, it will also suffocate

these, and I would guess if you should get a cold or

flu, (my husband and I have not since we began

drinking CS) it will not be as bad as it would

normally be. It will be quite mild.

After a couple of weeks, you may feel some

strange things happen in your body. THIS IS GOOD.

This means the virus is dying, and it is disturbing

the area on the central nervous system where it is

hiding. You may actually feel like you are having an

exacerbation YOU ARE NOT. The virus is dying and

affecting the area. In two or three days, this will

pass and you will feel better. DO NOT GIVE UP!!!!

This is called “retracing” when your most recent

symptoms will begin to go away. I will not promise

you will get up and walk, BUT I can promise you will

feel a little better every day. Right now all your

doctor can promise is that you will NOT get better.

This is NOT true. All you need is patience. YOU HAVE

EVERYTHING TO GAIN AND NOTHING TO LOSE.

Please feel free to contact me if you have

any questions what so ever.

home ; work days, .

My email address is nancymike@... if you

happen to be on line. I would love to hear from you.

MS is considered an autoimmune disease.

The doctors tell us with autoimmune diseases, our

bodies attack themselves for no reason. There are

just too many bodies attacking themselves for no

reason for this to be true. Actually there are

extremely tiny microbes on all of our bodies. There

are called mycoplasma. Myco meaning extremely tiny,

plasma meaning it has no cell wall (much like a

jellyfish). We all have these on our bodies, and they

are basically harmless until there is a stress in our

lives. At this time they invade your own cells. They

take over the inside of your cells, they take the

shape of your cell. They become hidden in your cell,

and feed off the cell. Your immune system knows there

is a pathogen, but cannot find it. It is attacking

these hidden mycoplasma. What ever cell they invade

is the disease you get. In my case, they attacked the

central nervous system, I have MS. If they invade

your organs, you have lupus, your joints, you have

rheumatoid arthritis, fibromialgia, crones, chronic

fatigue syndrome, etc. The list is quite endless.

At any rate, these are all very related.

Silver is nature’s natural antibiotic. It

suffocates single cells. Every part of our bodies is

a multi cell, therefore it does not affect our bodies

in any way what so ever. It will not build up in any

part of the body such as the liver or kidneys. There

is absolutely no side effects from CS. It will simply

suffocate single cells, and be eliminated from the

body. It is completely eliminated from the body in a

matter of 2-3 days.

Silver will kill the mycoplasma, but it is

a slow, subtle process. It is definitely not an

instant cure. It might be several weeks before you

even notice any difference, but you can be sure that

it is working.

The main reason you will never hear about

CS from a health care professional is that most have

never even heard of it. The few who have heard of it,

also have heard awful stories about it from the FDA.

CS cannot be patented so obviously no one can make any

money from it. The FDA is aware that if too many

people know about CS, the pharmaceutical companies

will not make nearly as much money as they do, so they

try to ban and black list information about CS. Dr. G

D Searle did a lot of research with CS, but when he

realized he could not make money or patent CS he

stopped studying it.

The hospitals use silver for major burns.

In the past, when someone had severe burns there was

nothing they could do, and most died from infection.

Today they have dressings containing silver that they

put directly on the burns. The silver prevents

infection, and helps promote new tissue growth. In

most cases they heal without even scars. Of course,

they can charge enormous amounts of money for these

dressings, and can patent them, so the FDA has no

problem with them.

Topically CS works great. There is

nothing better for cuts, burns, abrasions, etc.

However, getting it to the mycoplasma is much more

difficult, and also extremely slow. This is why it is

not an instant cure. Much of what we drink is

eliminated without even coming in contact with the

mycoplasma.

For any of the autoimmune disease, I can

only explain what has worked in my experience, I would

drink 16 oz. of 10 ppm CS daily. I would drink it

very slowly over the course of the entire day. I also

discovered over the three years that I have been

drinking CS, that if you add 1 drop of hydrogen

peroxide (H2o2) into every 2 oz. of CS, the particles

of CS get pulverized, and it will get into the blood

stream quicker, and be able to do a better job.

However, since I have learned about Sovereign Silver

it has become much more simple. The Sovereign Silver

is the only CS on the market I would recommend. Their

phone # is . They make the silver particle

so tiny, it is able to get into the blood stream with

no problem. The people who use Sovereign Silver have

gotten well quicker then I did. I had to drink 16 oz.

of my home made CS (or nearly every brand on the

market) and I learned it is about 14 % useable silver.

With Sovereign Silver you need to take only 3

tablespoons per day and it is 98% useable silver.

Also, you do not need to add the H202 or anything to

the Sovereign Silver.

If you use Sovereign Silver start slowly.

If you take the entire 3 tablespoons at one time you

can get a lot of die off and this will make you feel

as if you have the flu. You cannot take too much CS.

It is just costly. Day 1-3 take ½ teaspoon two times

a day; Day 4-6 take ½ teaspoon four times a day; Day

7-10 take 1 teaspoon four times a day; Day 11 and

thereafter take 2 teaspoons four times a day.

Again, I must emphasize this is not an

instant cure. It is very slow, and very subtle. You

will feel better, and not even realize it until you

think about it. In fact, you may even feel slightly

worse before you feel better because as the mycoplasma

die off, they will put up a fight, and aggravate the

nerves around it. I call this a “healing crisis”. If

and/or when this might happen, DO NOT stop the CS.

This could last for a couple of hours, to a day, or

even a couple of weeks, but it will stop, and when it

does, you will be better.

As I posted a couple months ago, the Japanesse are known

for their seafood comsumption, yet they have about

1/20 the MS rate as the U.S.A.

The company MASI has developed a 'mercury in your seafood
