She feels that the spare tyre in her upper abdomen is rapidly and visibly reducing but would like to know if there are any eg astringent herbs that could help tighten her up as she continues to lose weight (she's thinking particularly of the lower abdomen). She's an aromatherapist so uses massage oils on herself. I'm inclined to approach it from a different angle and suggest Pilates, especially for gradually giving her real tummy muscles and eventually a waist.
