You are taking care of me, precious Donna. I have luxuriated in all your

love, and bathed the tension away. I have to jabber or I can't relax. Make

My Texas Gentleman

Hello dear friends,

Great news!!! Don is doing just fine. He had an angiogram of his heart after

5PM today. And has come through it with a very good report.

All 7 of the previous surgery bypass grafts are open. All three stents are

open. He has some occlusion in his own remaining arteries that nurish his

heart. The oclussion is just bad enough to cause Angina, but not bad enough

to

take drastic action at this time, because they are the same as they were a

year

ago. So his Cardiologist will probably change his medication to help

eleviate some of the angina, and maybe I'll get some sleep. (big smile)

I am so tired that I have asked my Daughter in law to bring him home

tomorrow.

She is such a sweetheart. My daughter and the DIL sat with me all day. The

DIL is still there this evening. She fed Don a big supper.

Of course in the waking up period he saw a cat in the overhead vent, and I

chased it away, and told Don he was gone, and he could quit looking to see

if

he was there. So the cat went away.

It has been a veryb stress filled three days for me. I am totally worn out.

I haven't even read your mail much less be able to answer it, but I will get

to it all in time.

Love all of you and thank you for your caring support from what mail I have

been able to read. I am not reading any out of turn. I will answer allof you

Imogene-

I am glad Don is doing well. Now, I am concerned about you. It was a smart

move to have you daughter-in-law bring Don home from the hospital. Try to

consider other avenues to cut your energy output. Sit down next to Don and put

your feet up when possible and enjoy your " true Texas gentleman's " company.

Gerry, that is exactly what we both did for the last two hours. It was so

good to have him home.

I have a very hoarse throat, and running to the bath room, so yes, I needed

to stay home. With it being the 4th my son was able to be with my DIL to

bring my gent home.

It is really good. Te doctor changed his medication some.

One doctor came into his room and said he was an amazing man. Because he is

still alive. That is why the head Cardiologist wanted him as a patient. He is

a real case study.

Thanks for your love.
