Guest guest
Good news is this is Gluten free, Vegetarian, No wheat, soy, or yeast, or dairy.  No additives, and for many people, it works!I do depend on the reviews on Amazon, and I do believe this is on there… From: Texas_Thyroid_Groups [mailto:Texas_Thyroid_Groups ] On Behalf Of Sent: Tuesday, July 24, 2012 3:04 PMTo: Texas_Thyroid_Groups Cc: <Texas_Thyroid_Groups >Subject: Re: Another question about RT3 and medication.. Thanks for the recommendation! I just ordered some. I'd been using Adrenacalm, but I'm not sure how much it actually helps. -Sent from my iPad A great Adrenal Support that many find worthy (it gives me too much energy!) is Himalaya STRESS CARE for Energy and Adrenal Support. The man who does my reflexology of the feet told me of this brand…and I can only take one every other day, and some take it as directed…two a day. I would suggest you look at your adrenals. Adrenal fatigue can cause heat intolerance. Motherhood is the most stressful job in the world. You should probably also check female hormones. Although if you are still breastfeeding you likely wouldn't treat those now. Here are my labs from June 6, 2012 on 300 mg of dessicated thyroid medicationFt4 - 1.43 (.82-1.77)FT3 - 3.5 (2.0 - 4.4)RT3 - 39.8 (13.5 - 34.2) HIGHI know the RT3 is " that " high.. just a little. My question.. I am still having some pretty horrible hot flashes.. I absolutely cannot take this heat. This was going on prior to us getting so hot also, so I know it's not just because of the heat. Can the high Reverse T3 do that?My ferritin was also low and I have been supplementing Iron since early June - so almost 2 months. I know low Iron can cause heat intolerance.I feel pretty good.. (except the nights my little one is teething and then I'm exhausted).. but overall. energy level is good.We have stayed at the 300 mg even though I have the high Reverse T3.Any ideas? Suggestions? 24 hour saliva adrenals tested fine.=
