I've signed up for NetFlix, and I have no idea apparently of how to use a DVD. Last night I tried to play it, and the whole time, I couldn't hear the dialogue, but had to read sub-titles, although there was background music. Tried again tonight, and I couldn't access the DVD at all, but just the filler channel that happens to be on channel 4, where I'm supposed to put it to play DVDs. Fooled with it for hours, hitting all the buttons, and Still couldn't figure it out. Please give all the details, DVD for Dummies, please.
