Alief Declaratory Judgment of Illegality: Request for Backup

Well the dark side knows I am the attorney behind the Alief case which is devastating to Alief and Feldman . I have another atty helping but I foresee the need for back up reading thousands of documents which I will get because they are too foolish to have admitted to a crime, giving me all ofthem. Crime/fraud exception to atty/client privilege. It's a crime to not take a public vote to sue someone and it never happened. We have proof. It's public knowledge.

It's GOOD! If you have the inclination over the next 9 months to jump on board even for a bit and volunteer, as I am doing this pro bono and have studied the Texas Open Meetings Act since October, please write schwagerlawfirm@.... Fox News will be following us step by step and this is going to be a slam dunk and a heyday of the century! Talk about a coup! Party afterwards!

I'll be amending the petition soon to officially let them know I'm their attorney opposing them since they know. My opposing counsel is the brightest one in the firm, but I was #1 in every class 1st year and 4th overall. (and I didn't study, unlike him). Not to brag, only to let you know that they'll underestimate me as several professors called me the best writer that ever attended South Texas.

So, it's on. I appreciate any help I can get. I've probably incurred $30,000 in fees that I will recoup from AISD or the genius show me the money who came up with this brilliant idea.
