Guest guest
I have adrenal fatigue or non addison's hypoadrenia (as i like to call it). I've been taking 5 mgs of cortisol once or twice a day for past month, and it is really helping. But it is a friend's cortisol presc. i am using and once it is exhausted (excuse that unintentional pun), i have no source for getting more. I am wondering if anyone here is living in canada and been diagnosed w. adrenal fatigue by a canadian doctor. also, has anyone ever been able to get cortisol over the web without a presc.? although i dont like the idea, i will go that route if i have to and it is avialable to me. Finally, i am wondering, if i was to increase my cortisol dosing beyond a physiological dose so that my own adrenals just shut down, would that create 's? If so, that may be the only way i can get diagnosed. I am desperate for help as i have seen how even a samll dose of cortisol is helping me to regain my life. ANy help is greatly appreciated. dawn
