This stupid, I just realized I can't go by my results because I don't

know what they were when I was 'normal'!! The human " average " may not

be what is considered 'normal' for me. I may be at the high end !

Gr!!!! Doctors can be so DUMB!!!!!!

Your kidding!!! AN ENDO suggested this test. Why do the people in this

group know more???? Whats wrong with doctors?

need the Free T4 and Free T3 to really see what's going on. without

that test, you cant really suggest you are Hyper.

What does this mean???????? He says its in normal range! Its low isn't

it? Am I hypo or hyper??<<

Basically this is a screening test they run which is VERY inaccurate. You need

to ask for Free T3 and Free T4. These are actual thyroid hormones, the TSH is a

test of a pituitary hormone.

exactly. and most Endos go by the TSH. i've given up arguing with them about

it, but i always insist on the Free T4 and Free T3.

I just read that Forst Pharmaceutcals took calcitonin out of amour and

it is sold seperatly / Anyone know if this is true. Thanks-

I have just been told that Calcitonin was taken out of Armour by

Forest. I have no idea if this is true but some women on the

wmshormone group are adamant that someone researched this recently and

it is in fact true.

Does anyone here know about this?
