Hi all! thank you for your replys and prayers.Boy could i tell i was

being prayed for.

I prayed about all of this to and God told me i need to take care of

myself and i did a short fast in the morning and did raw apple cider

vinegar with cayenne,maple syrup and lemon and did yerba mate tea.

Then i did soup with with 8 cloves of

garlic ,parsely,watercress,spinach, basil, thyme,cayenne pepper,

ginger and some tomatoe and chicken broth just warmed it . So the

garlic was raw . I drank lots of water and did the drinks all day.

I listen to mercy me and christian music all day and prayed and

spoke to God all day. Would you know my computer didnt work at all

yesterday.

But God said you never get things done and your tired due to being

on here all day and not taking care of yourself. God has really

worked on me and showed my alot the last 2 days. He said seek me and

not everybody else. I tend to do that at times and not call on him

first.

So yesterday i said it a new day and i will seek God thru all this

and take care of myself and have a postive outlook on life. Wow did

it make a differents .My husband loved it he said what happen to you

your smiling and cleaned the whole house. Today i feel the same

way .I think my attitute and worrying cause my weakness.

I did call Dr KOlb and would you know it as soon as i email her wed

night i had no more problems.Thursday I talk to her and she said

blood is not normal .So she told me to see my doctor here and i can

see if i have a infection with a cbc test. I dont think i have a

infection but i will get the test and get all my supplement to help

my body fight Rm10,Fyi, perfect food and primal defense and lots of

garlic.

So im not having any pain no fluid it was a small amount coming out.

The weird thing is what looked like blood turned into this sticky

stuff and i could roll it .If that makes any sense. Just the small

amount that came out it was weird.I forgot to ask Dr kolb about it.

I know my bra was causing me pain.I havent wore one for 2 days and i

put the same bra on yesterday and the small discomfort i had came

bad but as soon as i took my bra off nothing. I really try to listen

to my body and see what it is telling me. Kinda like God if we

listen and be still we can get are answers. Ive had a revelation

these last 2 days. I feel very blessed and thankful all i have and

all ive learned would i do it all different if i could yes. But i

must move on and learn from it. Now when that small voice i hear

tell me to do or not to do something i listen. LIke this morning i

could have missed out on something if i didnt listen and boy did i

get blessed.

So i have a appointment with my doctor june 26 and i will let you

all know what happens.

Oh donna i forgot to ask Dr kolb the question you asked.

someone asked me if i did antibiotic after surgery no. I did no

medicine all herbs and supplements raw foods, garlic,juiced and

healing soups and essential oils and castor oil and surgery tone

with lots of great stuff from dr kolb office. I went with what i

felt was good for me and Dr kolb and my doctor here and i talk

about all this and she said to keep doing all i was doing and i

would be fine. Rm10,fyi,seasonal relief,primal defense ,perfect

food, super seed.

Boy can i tell if i dont eat right it affect all. Even not doing any

exercise affect me. I did functional fitness recommended by jordan

rubin and just 15 min made me feel alive! I will see if i can send a

clip and you can get it for free.It easy and anybody can do it. i

think moving the body is very healing to the body. Boy music can be

healing to.

I went to a 40 day healing class wow. matthew chapter 8, and 9 are

great about healing.

Israel with their unbelief. Dont limit God to unbelief.

This is what God showed me today Proverbs 4:20-23 " Pay atention ,my

child ,to what i say .Listen carefully.Dont lose sight of my

words.Let them penetrate deep with you heart,for they bring life and

radiant health to anyone who discovers their meaning.

..Above all else ,guard your heart,for it affects everything you do. "

God said pay attention to my word not the sickness or disease.
