add I like reading the post here. I am trying to figure out why a trigger

[although] not related to the " stressor " causes one to have a great deal of

anxiety. For example a " door " slamming, a " phone ringing with a loud

bell " . I know this is not the same thing as an explosion, but this causes a

great deal of anxiety. It appears the " anxiety " is increasing, although

the reaction is " irrational " . A otherwise normal person would not react, as

severlely as I react.

I feel suicidal, and the night terrors and flashbacks are getting more

intense. Hope someone can help.

Thanks,

Bobby Trap.
