bone marrow transplant TFC's

Hi!

I am hoping to get some help from a bone marrow transplant TFC.

I have just received a denial from MO Medicaid for Auto for a pt with MM. The

reason from Medicaid for the denial was that it did not meet Medicare

guidelines. I explained that we are paid by Medicare according to diagnosis and

procedure. The Medicaid CM said their Medical Director follows specific

Medicare Guidelines from the Federal Register.

I have been searching on the internet for about 30 minutes and can not find

Medicare guidelines concerning bone marrow.

I would GREATLY appreciate a link or a copy of the guidelines if you have it.
