Guest guest
Hi everyone. One of my 8 year old daughter's remaining chronic symptoms is shin pain. It was one of her first worst and initial symptoms back at the beginning about 15 months ago. Chronic pain all the time with no break. Flares would occur if she walked consistently for a few minutes, causing her unbearable shooting pain that stopped her in her tracks. Today the pain is very mild and only occurs when she is moving, more so going up or down stairs or hills. She can run on even ground for a while, we see this with soccer, but she does have to rest after a while because they get worse. I am grateful and amazed she's come so far and can actually play soccer. However, this is the remaining symptom that truly limits her life. I was wondering if anyone has had shin pain as a key symptom? And if so, does it linger as a symptom? I am thinking it is a cytokine/inflammation thing but figured the Jedi Council (that's you guys) would know. And of course, any ideas you may have would be great! Thanks everyone,
