Guest guest
Hi Sherry,Sorry, I can't tell you. Hope someone else knows specifically as I was wondering that too, just this morning. A marine biologist did a study of microorganisms and observed that their replication cycle coincides with the full moon. I'm not sure that that is without exceptions, but most experienced Lymies have definitely noticed flares in the days surrounding the full moon. I would imagine that the waxing moon (which also affects plant growth) affects most pathogens, bacteria, parasites, probably even fungii.)Wouldn't it be strange if this phenomenon is responsible for the hyper, sometimes irrational behavior of both sane and mentally disturbed people? I noticed yesterday that the tourist drivers in stown were more reckless and hair-trigger aggressive than usual, and most teachers and nurses will confirm that there's something about that old devil moon.My bad news today is that I'm hurting in a lot of the old familiar places and have a fever (almost unheard of for me). The good news is that I HAVE a fever: that my immune system is back enough to fight these infections! That's so exciting.I once read that if you want to increase something, do it as the moon is waxing, and to decrease something, do it when the moon is waning. Gardeners have known this for centuries. So, just after the full moon is a good time to kill critters, but remember that the die-off could be larger than usual so detox will be even more important; otherwise, be ready for a bad herx. I've experienced this pattern many times.Be well,LénaLena, I have had that issue this week (my monthly too)but what critters?? parasites, lyme, bart.....please tell? I have been doing MMS slowly...Jodie> >> > Could the Aug-Oct seasonal flare that S told me about, start as> > early as now? Guest guest
Thanks Jim,The hurts passed; the fever lingers, and only annoys me because today was the first day when the weather's heat wasn't oppressive and BANG! I'm making my own heat! Lyme is a LOL disease alright! =)Except for some cool lemon water, I just let the body cook the critters and hope that my dyslexia is better tomorrow. (you wouldn't BELIEVE how much I have to edit to make my posts intelligible.)Be well, Léna-lunaHi Lena,Sorry you are hurting, but you know this too will pass...A fever is good! It means your immune system is working as it should!! Ithink these are the best kinds of herxes... So yes, something to be excitedabout!! Just let is happen, don't try to shorten that fever... Take care,Jim> > >> > > Could the Aug-Oct seasonal flare that S told me about, start > as> > > early as now? Guest guest
Hi ,With all the grief Lyme puts us through, you'd think a cold would be nothing, but when I had my first normal collection of cold symptoms a month and a half ago, I was miserable! I'd just forgotten how wretched those expressions of a healthy immune system can feel. Today's fever wasn't a big deal. Felt crummy but very happy and the happiness kept me mobile and productive. Got a lot done even though the floor tilted on occasion. No Rife for me the next 24 hrs. Just balancing and detox. Then, if things are quiet, I'll give all the new arrivals a welcome they won't expect. )=-]So glad you, too, have come this far. Life is good!Be well,LénaLena,I'm glad you have a fever!
