Guest guest
Hi Caitlyn, I don't have agoraphobia but I have been hindered considerably in the past by anxiety & depression. I can relate to a lot of what you say about guilt about not doing simple things. And I am the master of avoidance but I am getting a small bit better due to ACT. I sincerely hope things get better for you and I think if you stick with ACT it will help sooner or later - just keep trying. Warm wishes, Andy > > > > I'm sure how relevant to ACT this is, > > > > But I was thinking to myself the other day how insane the world is > (in terms of war, crime ..etc) and how preventable much of the > suffering in the world is. > > > > I was thinking to myself, is it so ridiculous to think of a world > without violence between people and a world where everyone gets on > with each other.
