Guest guest
Hi Tae Bo Friends, Well, tonight was my TENTH workout since restarting Tae Bo! I'm so happy to have reached this number, this was only my THIRTEENTH night since restarting Tae Bo. Which means in 13 days I have worked out all but 3 days! :-) YAY! Today I went back to " Tae Bo II - Get Ripped - Basic - Red (floor work). " GREAT! The best I have ever done the floor work. I continue to be very tired towards the middle of the workouts, I don't know why, when I didn't feel so drained last week. Perhaps I am just doing a better job now though or something. However, I keep my spirit up through the entire workout and keep at it. It is kinda tough though, during the workout I thought " It isn't worth it! You can't do this every day! " But now after the workout, I feel great again! I didn't workout until 10:50 too, so perhaps that was the problem. I should try squeezing the workout into the daytime every now and again, but as I said before, it doesn't really work for me then. I also worry I'll give up Tae Bo when I get back to school after the semester off, but I hope not. I chose that particular workout tonight so I could do some good ab work. I love feeling it in my stomach the next day, serves as a little reminder of Tae Bo and to eat correctly! hehe. I'm not sure if I will take Christmas Eve off or Christmas Day off from Tae Bo. Just have to see how I feel tomorrow. Maybe I won't take either off, but I probably should take one of the next two off, so I can stay fresh. I might weigh myself on Wednesday (one week since last weighing myself) to see if there have been any changes. I don't expect any, but it would be cool if I lost a pound. I don't think there will have been any changes yet (at least changes in weight), but I gotta see. I feel better and believe it or not, I think I look a little better. Just a tiny bit....a bit tighter in a few places. Well, my BEST wishes to you guys for your Christmas Eve! I can't believe it is here already. PLEASE cherish the next couple days, we only have one Christmas and one Christmas Eve every year, in our entire life there is only a select number of these special days. Of course, we appreciate and try to love everyday, but appreciate what is special this week. So if you celebrate these holidays, please enjoy being with your family and enjoying the magic that is Christmas! It is soooooo special. :-) Enjoy!
