Guest guest
I know I have asked this before, actually not that long ago, but this time I promise to write it all down. (I actually thought I did before but I can't find it!) I started a food journal yesterday and instead of putting it on fitday.com at the end of the day, I've been doing it 3 times during the day just to see where I'm at. Does an apple REALLY have 81 calories????? And 21 CARBS?????? I really needed to start doing this. I'm gaining weight and I'm now up to 190! That is only 10 pounds from 200!!!!!!! In case you can't do the math. LOL I have to laugh, or I would cry. Anyway, this is the first step to see what I'm doing wrong and then I am going to have to find a way to fix it. Yesterday I was at 1647 calories, 24% fat, 57% carbs, 19% protein. I need less fat and carbs and more protein. That is the hard part, especially as the only protein I eat is meat. I need to start making my protein drink again but I'm scared to find out what that one rates as it has peanut butter, a little chocolate syrup and frozen bananas (it's really good though if anyone wants the recipe - I found it on one of the sites someone recommended it but changed it a little.) Does a protein drink have to replace a meal or can I have it as a snack??? le, who's feeling a little better with the sinus infection.
