Guest guest
Came across this book on Amazon " Nutrition and Gene Expression " by Carolyn D. Berdanier, L. Hargrove and was playing around with the search feature when I decided to look up estrogen. Well it had a whole chapter on B6 and estrogen receptors properly receiving the hormones. Really kinda interesting although I don't understand it all perfectly. But the jest is that we really need B6 for for our hormone receptors to express the hormones they recieve. But the B6 seems to come from the liver in the correct form...least I think that was it. Anyhow ....should you be interested find the book on amazon, move your cursor over the book picture so the search box appears and type " 545 " into the search box. (545 is the page the chapter starts on) It will only let you read 4 or so pages at a time then you have to start the search typing in the next page number you need but you can get through the whole chapter. Curious what others think of this....... Lynn

Guest guest
-- Ms. Wiley told us she didn't want to use " anything but the cream " . She had a whole list of supplements that she did not want us to use because they crossed hormone receptors. > I also know that high amounts of B complex really effect our estrogen levels, and I have a hunch that may be why mine have been so erratic on Wiley,
Guest guest
You get mouthsores? Why do you think that would be? > > I try to take a B complex but it seems I get mouth sores with those. Guest guest
Well I have to look back on this list from one year ago, but Laurel, the original list owner, deleted a lot of messages due to problems going on at the time. However, I remember that distinctly. In fact, you can go over to the Non-Rhythmic Living list and ask the question over there. There are very few supplements she allows. > > Fascinating!!!! Is that in her book, for I don't remember that. Or is that > info you got from her office, or your doctor did? > >
Guest guest
I have news for you. If your supplements do all this for you, then you don't need any hormones!! Wiley claimed that the right amount of hormones balanced properly FIXES all of this so you won't NEED any supplements. And oops -- I forgot about the " Neal " incident! Guest guest
Well from that statement alone, you should have burned that book! > > Yes, she says that in her book.
