Guest guest Posted October 21, 2011 Report Share Posted October 21, 2011 I couldn't hold off any longer. Had to try it  And the premix that I chose, I loved! It was perfect, basically kickboxing with some minor weight-work. It kept my heart rate very high. Nice ab-work in the end too. Instead of the stretch, I did another 5 - 10 minutes with another combo. I was enjoying it too much. I cooled down again walking and getting the boys off to school. I burned a nice 570 calories with my average at 140. Oh, and sooo lucky to get it done. I didn't get up until 5:45 as I was up in the night again...GRRRR...... Luckily, I felt rested, and drank my coffee very quickly, and just got to it!D Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
