Back to the land of the living (sort of)

Hello group! I have missed everybody and as most of you know I WAS

staying-living in Corpus Christi taking care of my dearest poz

friend who is on kidney dialysis and waiting for a transplant (he's

finally on the LIST hoo-ray). Recently I received a call from my

sister in Corsicana, TX that my 78 year old mom is doing poorly (she

has COPD and congestive heart failure). The doctors say that her

heart is only operational at 35%! This is due to the fact that she

has suffered a couple of strokes in her past.

I am in the process of moving BACK near her (somewhere near Dallas),

and since my SSDI is $1,000 a month hopefully I can find something

reasonable or a " roomie " to share expenses with.

I am STILL single, not really " searching " (someone said that when

you STOP searching someone just might come along lol).

Just wanted to touch base again because I have been off line lately

and really look forward to talking to my friends to help with the

lonely hours.
