tuesday: core express & tabata

two y classes this morning:)

core express lots of leg lifts and obliques crunching on my side.

tabata--he skipped (at my request) the abs circuit and we went around the

circuit again (1/2 time).

1) agility step

2) push-up/crunch

3) wall squat

4) back row

5) spin

6) tubing ihy (shoulders)

can't believe i'm saying this--but i think tabata is getting easier for me!! may

have to ask for advanced modifications!!

Have you tried Amy Dixon's Breathless Body? It's tabata and it is HARD. That's awesome that its getting easier for you. :)
