Guest guest Posted October 11, 2011 Report Share Posted October 11, 2011 two y classes this morning:) core express lots of leg lifts and obliques crunching on my side. tabata--he skipped (at my request) the abs circuit and we went around the circuit again (1/2 time). 1) agility step 2) push-up/crunch 3) wall squat 4) back row 5) spin 6) tubing ihy (shoulders) can't believe i'm saying this--but i think tabata is getting easier for me!! may have to ask for advanced modifications!! stacey Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
