Hi Donna,Thanks. I like your rotation, I may redo the rotation too (I get a little hard headed then want to do rotations as written ). My problem may have been doing two rotations at the same time but I have so many DVDs I'm trying to do them all.

Good job, Vennitta!  I sort of crashed and burned w/ 10 lb slimdown and took a week and a half off and did Body Gospel instead - I think it was the right choice b/c now I'm ready to go back to 10 lb slimdown extreme next week.  I'm modifying the rotation though - I think as written it will not be in my best interests to do it - so I came up w/ this:

 

Week1

 

Day 1 - Xtreme Total Body

Day 2 - Cardio & Yoga/Stretch/Pilates

Day 3 - Xtreme Core

Day 4 - Cardio & Yoga/Stretch/Pilates

Day 5 - Xtreme Kickboxing (or other cardio)

Day 6 - Xtreme Yoga (or other yoga) & Long Walk

Day 7 - Rest

 

Week 2

 

Day 1 - Xtreme Upper or Lower

Day 2 - Cardio & Yoga/Stretch/Pilates

Day 3 - Xtreme Upper or Lower (whatever i didn't do on the 1st day)

Day 4 - Cardio & Yoga/Stretch/Pilates

Day 5 - Xtreme Kickboxing (or other)

Day 6 - Xtreme Yoga (or other yoga) & Long WalkDay 7 - Rest

 

I may play around with this and throw in some " wild card " days, too. for fun and/or mix things up differenty - maybe do a short total body w/ yoga/Pilates/stretch instead of cardio.  But I think this is more manageable for me and my aches and pains than doing the rotation came up w!

Total Tone 360

PM - It's been a while, two weeks to be exact. I've decided to start where I left off sort of, I'm starting/finishing the Fitness 360 portion today and will pick up with 10PSX on Thu. It feels good to have the exercise mindset back, since I want to keep it I thought less would be more so that I get back that ‘want to’ workout instead of overdoing it and burning myself out, Total Tone 360 was perfect. Using light 5 pound weights will hopefully gently wake up my bod for what's to come
