Guest guest
Oh I am so sorry. I have been so worried about AND about you. How ARE you feeling? How is your DVT? I am so sorry to hear about and the worsening pain/balance problems. I wish I could just jump on a plane and give you a hug. Is there any way they can put you on a cancellation list to possibly move UP the MRI? What are they giving him for pain? I am also sorry to hear about the kidneys. How do they handle that problem? Forgive me for asking, I don't know too much about kidney problems. I am sorry to hear that is unwell too. Is she fighting an infection as well? Please know that you are in my continued thoughts and prayers. I truly wish I lived closer so that I could be there to help you through this. Please try and take a few minutes for yourself when you can. Keep us posted when you can. Guest guest
Ray, Tina and le, thankyou for asking about . We have 9 days more until the cranial MRI under general is scheduled. In the meantime, the headpain is worsening, along with balance and speech. Friday he had episodes of pain so severe he began to scream, it is the first time he has done that, and with all the pain meds he is on as prophylactic (Indomethacin and Amitrptyline) I know it had to be expremely bad to evoke such a response from him. There were some more episodes over the weekend but not so severe, all on top of what we now term his 'normal' headpain. I cant shake the feeling he should be in hospital under observation and it is so hard to watch what is happening when we dont yet know WHY. My mind can only think the worse, and next Thursday cant come quick enough. Things have been really hard over here, on top of all the pid stuff,GI and return of bilateral hydronephrosis and dilatation of both kidneys. has been unwell and my husband has started on medication for depression. And I'M worried how my body is going to manage if needs to be hospitalised because of my current DVT/PE. ( I always stay in with him). I havent written in a while because I feared once I started typing I wouldnt be able to stop the out pouring. Take care everyone, my love and best wishes to all and most especially to the pumpkins not doing so well at the moment. , mum in Australia to (5) and (3), both with pid, early onset hypothyroidsm, GI issues, asthma, and - Chronic Paroxysmal Hemicrania, bilateral hydronephrosis and dilatation of kidneys (PUJ obstruction) Re: Upper Resp Symptoms and GERD > , > I hadn't heard from you in a few days & was wondering how was doing? > Did you do the MRI yet? Guest guest
, Isn't there any way they can move up the MRI, given that his condition is obviously worsening? I know here if I reported those concerns to our drs, we would be moved up ASAP. I am so sorry to hear that everything is so crazy for you. I will continue to pray for you & your family. Please give a hug for us to let him know we care about his a great deal. Also, consider yourself hugged too! My husband's aunt lives in Australia--I just found that out the other day. She called her son & I just happened to be the one who answered the phone. She mentioned something about it & that's when I realized she had moved from Houston to Australia to be with her fiance. Maybe I can find out where she lives for you. I know her name is Kissey, but that probably doesn't help you much!
