To finish off the week it was Muscle Max. I WAS looking forward to it YESTERDAY LOL, but when I got up this morning I was dreading it lol. I guess not sleeping last night and then finally just getting up at 4:30 this morning didn't help me be very enthusiastic about it. At least it wasn't cardio, wasn't in the mood for that.

So here's how it went.

I skipped the abs. I did them last month from this DVD and didn't have time anyway. The workout was still an hour long without the abs.
