Hi Leni,

My wife and I (gluten and dairy free chef Hoover-West)love Red Bridge

beer and also Greens. They have no strange or sorghum aftertaste. They are

gluten free but not hops free, Im sure. Have never heard of that. But I will

check out your link, thank you! And yeast free beer would be ideal, but dont

think its possible to make it without yeast. Not sure.
