Guest guest
I just laughed so hard I almost barfed. Tomorrow is my last day on C1 so I guess the oil will develop overnight and my hair will fall off in the morning. > I'm glancing through the BFL before & after pics in the book and on the > Transformation Gallery at Lean and Strong and I'm noticing something: > > BFL will make you very tan. Guest guest
LOL!! I noticed that too. In my case, my hair is staying brown no matter how skinny I get!
Guest guest
I have to say that I have observed when women start improving their looks (by way of exercise/eating right), going blonde seems to be one of the common changes. As for the tan, I agree that even if one stayed fat, brown fat looks better than white fat to me! (not that it's healthier....) Sara BFL will make you very tan. If you're a woman, BFL appears to turn your hair blonde. If a man, BFL appears to make your body hair fall off. BFL seems to give your skin an oily sheen. Guest guest
I guess it is just people trying to look their best for their after pictures. The posing oil helps show muscle definition.
