I don't believe this is a problem, just strain it out and use the tea.

In my experience NO problem. Strain it out (it's drowned anyway!).

Fruitfly unlike the ordinary housefly don't pose a hygienic risk, AFAIK.

Nobody knows but you (and list members who read this) that there was a

corpse in your brew ;-)
