Guest guest
Hi group, Our clinic is participating in its first ever fair where we'll have a booth and access to loads of walk-by traffic. The reason I am posting is to ask for ideas on ways to make this experience a winning one for our practice. We'll have a 10 x 10 canopy and plan on doing two different healthy meal demos; one demo at 10AM and the second at 1PM. We're printing tri-fold brochures with nutrition details on the ingredients we're using, i.e. what makes the foods a healthy choice. Where I'm still fuzzy is signage and what to do between the demos. What have others found works for a sign? Banner, sandwich board? I expect between cooking demos that people will pick up brochures and ask questions about our clinic. Is there something else I can use, besides my sweet face, to attract more booth traffic? I guess I am thinking typical gimick like taking BP or doing blood sugar tests. Any ideas are appreciated and hopefully others in the chat group who have never had a booth or done a fair will learn something useful.
