I want to thank you all for your warm welcome. I have sent previous email

about unsubscribing because I was getting so many emails that I could not

handle them. But I have found out that I did not need to get the emails and

have changed my account so that I don't get them any more and I can go right

to the site to read the messages.

My husband is on Seroquil and Excelon. I got a call from his doctor today

and we have found that my husbands hallucinations really started about the

time he started taking the Seroquil and we are going to take him off of it

for a while and see if it makes any difference. He also sees relatives that

are no longer with us. His dad has been dead for 20 years and now he is

living in our barn. So my husband is constantly going out and leaving all

of the lights on and our power bills are sky high because of it. I have a

hard time to get him to turn them off because he says that dad is out there.

He actually hallucinates about 90% of the time and is in his own little

world. Always seeing things and people who are not there. He is always

talking to them but he is not afraid at all. I think he likes the

companionship of having them around. He is usually in a good mood but he

does have his bad times but that is only when I try to stop him from doing

things that he should not be doing.

So I take one day at a time and pray that I can get thru another day and

that is how I have been dealing with this terrible disease. I live with my

husband who is now a stranger to me. We used to do everything together and

now I can not even get him to go anywhere. He talks more to his invisible

friends and the cat more than he talks to me and there is absolutely not

emotional feelings from him towards me at all. This is what I miss. We

were always holding hands and sitting together and were very close. Now

there is nothing. I don't think he remembers.

Enough for now, again I want to thank everyone for your help and prayers. I

am not going to post to each of you so I hope that you will read this post

and not think that I am ignoring anyone.

Have a Happy Thanksgiving and know that my prayers are also with you all here.

Gail,

My mom also started her hallucinations about the time she started Seroquel.

She subscquently started taking Risperdone instead which helped. Now after

about 8 months and hip replacement surgery the doctor has had her taking

Seroquel twice a day 25mg for about a month. Not quite sure they changed it

without notification and I haven't seen any ill effects,so we will see. No

hallucinations either this time around and they say Seroquel is safer now.

So far so good. Write anytime, glad I was able to provide you with the other

info yesterday and Cheryl says she was glad to help also. Have a happy

thanksgiving and holidays. Shirley

Sounds like you have your hands full. The emotions that go along with

LBD are beyond explanations. The disease fluctuates so often that it

seems like a roller coaster ride that no one paid for.

My dad had taken Exelon as well. We had very good results with it. He

seemed to come out of a shell. He even talked about things that

happened many months before. Like he had been inside all that time just

couldn't talk. Please post your feelings as often as possible. One

fact remains in this group...many people can relate to what you are

going through, and no one judges anyone for their feelings or actions.

Sending many hugs and prayers your way!! :-))

I've just finished a training seminar on the SCENAR given by Jerry Tennant, MD,

the ophthalmologist from Dallas who is the US distributor. His training was

excellent. He's a very humble guy who got into SCENAR when medicine had no

answers for his own illnesses. He will not sell the devices without training,

but he will sell them to private citizens who take the training and want to use

them for themselves and their families. Essentially, he " prescribes " them for

people.

I believe he's entirely correct in requiring training (it's only an evening,

introductory lecture, plus 1.5-2 days) as I doubt I would have readily picked up

how to use it without the training. His method, which he learned from Dr.

Frost who is introducing it to the English speaking world, is a streamlined

version of the Russian method. He teaches several " short cuts " plus some of

his own discoveries, and this alone is worth taking his seminar.

I believe SCENAR is an exciting development. Dr. Tennant's site is:

www.sEnergyMedicineGroup.com. Dr. Frost's site is: www.scenarworld.com

Good day, ALL.

I, too, have a lot of questions about the different machines and

frequencies. Since I have been following this group, trying to learn

on my own as you seem to keep recommending, through you and your

posts, it seems that the people here are not too eager to share which

machine they have and/or make recommendations to others and that

disappoints me because there are so many to choose from. How can I,

a novice, ever make an informed decission? You have the answers. I

believe we are all trying for the same thing, ultimate health. Why

are you so " hush-hush " about which machine you are using? I do

understand, better than many, the need to watch our butts with what

we say and how we say things here. I am as concerned as anyone with

the foulings of our government and will someday be a part of it's

falling but I digress...

What I would really like is if those of you who use machines would

tell us who do not yet, which machine you have; what you use it for

and how much it cost.

My intentions for a machine will be to assist others with cancer on a

daily basis. Right now, I am a massage therapist whom specializes in

working with the terminally ill. I would like to help offer them

hope when our medical community has fail them.

Could you assist me, and others in this way, please?

Thank you in earnest for your assistance.

With light, laughter and love,

Diane

Have you tried any diet changes? I am wandering what type of area you live? Have you moved in the past 6 years? We relocated from Nebraska to Northwest arkansas well lookout mold count crazy here! Amy

Hi all, my name's and I've had asthma for 6 years now. It started out pretty mild, but now it's severe/brittle and has been this way for about the past year and a half. I'm currently on 11 different medications including xolair now and they seem to help some, but none of them have allowed me to fully reverse all my air way obstruction and my Fev-1 is in a constant downward spiral as of late.

Amy,

I think Arkansas is a terrible state for suffers of allergies and

asthma. We moved from Florida to Indiana and 6 years ago to central

Arkansas and we have all been sneezing and coughing since! My

youngest three were born here so I can't really say they would do

better somewhere else but our oldest son has asthma and had been

symptoms free for years ... until we moved here. I don't know what

it is that grows here that has everyone sneezing and runny nose --

and whats up with the mold count!! Maybe we will be able to move

from here!

have a great day!

Have you thought about finding out what triggers it to begin with?

And if you have, getting shots for those triggers so you build up

immunity to whatever triggers it?

I already know what all of my triggers are, it's basically anything

that can pollenate. I have talked about allergy shots with my dr,

however my IgE is so high and it keeps increasing i am at to great

of a risk for them, also xolair is an anti-IgE for sever asthmatics

which is supposed to help reduce/prevent allergic reactions but

since my IgE keeps climbing for some unknown reason the xolair isn't

working. Thanks for the advice though. I work very closely with my

dr to attempt to figure out why i suddenly became sever out of no

where.

I go to Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. I live right outside of Hershey, PA. I too have 2 nebulizers, the Omron portable one and a home one. And have been on prednisone too many times to count. They can't tell me what triggered such a bad attack that night, and I don't remember much of anything, just feeling like I was dying, and I even said I was dying then I blacked out. I'm not afraid of going out or anything, the thing for me was I didn't know what triggered it, so that scared me. They said it could of been something I ate, or something that just bothered me. I know my asthma gets a lot worse with my allergies. And with cleaning products, and of course animals, which I have enough of, but now I have my "safe" zones in the house where I can go, and they don't bother me 90% of the time anyway, just when I'm having one of those days.

I'm hoping to learn alot being here, and maybe find something I can ask my doctor for to improve my asthma.

Question. How many of you have to carry around an Epi-pen in case you have a severe asthma attack?

Hi and welcome to the complex world of asthma. Sounds like you

had a really close call, has it affected your confidence? Since I got

rushed to hospital I find I feel panicky if I am away from home, trying

very hard to fight that. Sometimes asthma is triggered by hormones, I

am waiting to hear if mine is to do with low hormone levels as I am 50

this year. My asthma improved greatly with pregnancy but some people

like you get worse. Where do you live and who is your asthma doctor or

hospital? I presume if you are that severe you have a nebulizer, it is

my lifeline, the only thing that brings me out of a bad attack. I don't

go anywhere without one, I have a handbag size portable one and a big

one at home. Have you been given the dreaded steroids yet, they help me

a lot but have terrible side effects. Look forward to hearing more from

you
