Hi Elena. I live in San Diego right now. I'm married to my high

school sweetheart and we just had a baby girl in March. I also have a

son who is 8 years old. My dh is in the navy. I'm 27. I have BL1

and BL2. My fav so far is BL2. OMG I get so much out of that one. I

find myself really getting into it and I get alot out of watching the

girls in the front row. I've lost 33 pounds since I had my daughter

and 16 since I started TBing. I would like to lose another 40 pounds

but am not to concerned with the weight loss as much as I am feeling

better. I am just thrilled not to feel like a slug anymore.

So that's my story. =o)

Welcome Audra and well done, there's quite a few here that

are 'addicted' to TaeBo so you're in good company here *hehe* and I

hope you'll enjoy the group

BL2 is an incredible tape. If you like that one, I highly recommend BL7. It

has the same high energy, even better music, and lots of fun moves. You have

the best attitude. You will get the results you seek from taebo, I guarantee

it.

I have dropped 16 pounds. I am totally hooked. I ordered the Basic

series and so far have #1 and #2. Hoping soon I can move up to the

advanced but I still get a pretty good workout with the basic.

Looking forward to chatting...

Welcome to the list Audra!! This is a very active list, and it is always

encouranging to know there are others going through the same struggles and

triumphs that we are. Hope you have fun here!!!

And don't try to move to the Advanced too soon. I remember the first time I

attempted it, I couldnt even make it through the warm-up (true story). So I

put the Advanced away, and decided to try it again in a week. The next time I

made it a little farther into the tape. But I didn't push it, becasue I

didn't want to get hurt or sacrifice my form. Well, one day I was able to

make it through the entire tape, and now I do advanced tapes almost

exclusively. Just remember as Taeboqueen told us once, to push yourself to

the limit, but not beyond. Only you know your own body. Good luck!

Can someone help me with how to post a new message from email? All I seem to

be able to do is reply.

Also here are my before and after pics. Not trying to shove them down

everyone's throat but since I deleted the first one I don't know if it came

up or not.

,

Welcome to the group. I have a saying about how someone works in mysterious

ways :-)

It is so wonderful that you Taebo'ed during your pregnancy. I'm sure you'll

bounce back in no time.

Congrats on the 21 days! Been there done that and quit early one time

because it is ROUGH!

I've hear a rumor that licorice works too. I think that will be my drug of

choice should I ever be PG,

Who's mom fed her licorice whenever she has stomache problems as a

child...and who still reaches for it when she is blue
