Guest guest
What exactly is the advantage of Isomotion over Isometrics? What, physiologically, does it do? I know that it continuouly moves the target location of your muscles as you move, but what is the end result of doing this? Is there anyone here who has made Isomotion a regular part of a routine, and if so, what benefits do you feel you've derived from doing this. Also, would the Steel Bow be more ideally suited to performing Isomotion?
