Guest guest Posted March 28, 2011 Report Share Posted March 28, 2011 Great job, ! Monday Today I did the Rise and Shine section of 15 Minute Gentle Yoga. I thought it would be all sitting and stretching, and it was more moving and sun salutations (luckily, not too many). I haven’t done those for a long, long time. Went slow and easy, and my back was fine. Nice workout, with relaxations at the beginning and end.
