Guest guest Posted March 23, 2011 Report Share Posted March 23, 2011 I ran my usual 3 mile bridge run at lunch, and the difference between Monday and today was vast. I only had to spit lung snot three times as opposed to continually during the first mile on Monday, and it was just... effortless. Knee and hip again feel fine and I did stretch as soon as I sailed over the Hawthorne Bridge. I kind of feel like doing Body Pump after work and then Yoga for Stress Relief: Practice for the SI Joint. Since tomorrow night I'm having pizza with the folks I will run again tomorrow but take Friday off. Saturday I have a 5 mile running date! We'll see what happens!'
