1st day Valtrex -- Adding it to supplement schedule

Hi! We've finally (!) reached 2.5yo 's first day of Valtrex

(starting at 250mg twice a day). I have a question about when/where

to add it to her supplement schedule. As for food, she's GFCF, with

her level 2 & 3 IgG's excluded (soy, oats, grapefruit, orange, beans,

coconut, mustard), her 18 level one foods included (soon to start

rotating), and we're working toward SCD (rice and fruits except pear

are minimized, etc.).

I've added where I'm putting the Valtrex, in case I need to be

corrected.

WITH BREAKFAST:

In 1 tsp. pear sauce:

Washed, split, crushed Valtrex

In juice:

Water Oz (Se, Mn, Mb, Se)

Nystatin/stevia

Advanced Biocidin

Vitamin C

Transfer Factor

Kirkman DPP-IV Isogest enzyme

1 squirt of nasal mB12

Every third day, also 1 shot of mB12

In chocolate wafer (not SCD, I know):

Cod Liver Oil (1/2 tsp. of CLO + 1/2 tsp. melted GFCF choc, mixed

and frozen)

WITH LUNCH:

Eventually, in 1 tsp pear sauce:

Valtrex

In juice:

Water Oz (Ca, Mg)

Nystatin/stevia

ProEFA

Enzyme

WITH DINNER:

In 1 tsp. pear sauce:

Valtrex

In juice:

Water Oz (Zn)

Nystatin/stevia

Biocidin

Vitamin C

Transfer Factor

Enzyme

1 chocolate CLO wafer

IN BATH:

Epsom salts

Baking soda

Lavender oil

AT BEDTIME:

In pear sauce:

Probiotic (Therabiotic Detox)

Water Oz (Ca, Mg)

I put the Valtrex in pear sauce so I wouldn't have to wait for it to

dissolve. I want to add an OTC antifungal, but I need to find one

without grapefruit or coconut (or any other IgG's).

Suggestions/corrections are appreciated!

Dawn
