*L*  Step it Off is the HARDEST step workout I've ever done. I don't think I ever made it past the warmup.  Darcy can do it, so can , but that's all I know of. GOOD  LUCK.  It doesn't look hard, but it has a high bpm.  I adore and - let us know how it goes!

 

I attended a yard sale today and found 4 new to me videos for a dollar each, I couldn't go wrong for that price so I bought them all.

I LOVE the matrix walk!  Yes, it is totally campy - but that's why it's so fun!  Have a glass of wine first before doing that one, you'll be laughing all the way. It is my goal to one day do Step it Off in its entirety so I can be as talented as Darcy   I adore and together too and can't bear to part with these dvd's for that reason.

 

i had all these before. they aren't bad but the step it offs were just WAY to hard for me to catch onto. the matrix walk is an interesting workout, i don't think there is another one like it. be warned she gets a little whoopy excited in this one.

Thank-you for the comments! I'm never worry about keeping up, I do the moves at the speed I'm able and if I do one for every 3 of theirs I'm still up, moving and growing stronger! It's good to know that I found some good ones to work out to though, I'm looking forward to adding them soon.
