I'm not sure that the intense moves are all that intense or if I just working out in a fog since I woke up late and sleepy this morning but I'm glad I did as a short AM workout. 10 Cycle 3 Sculpt Evening - that just kicked my butt! Weird, I didn't sweat but my muscles are definitely worked. 20 Cycle 3 Cardio + Sculpt Evening -oh! This go 'round Alison really kicked my butt, honestly, I am beat down and glad that tomorrow is cardio, I think I'm glad anyway 20 Date Day Day Video(s) Notes Min 3/12/2011 Sat 20 Cycle 1 Cardio Morning - I added BB weighted gloves since Ms. Fussy Flexor was at it again (at some point I'll get into compliance and get treatment regularly). The gloves gave the kickboxing segments more umph and since the flexor was hurting anyway I added more impact than I have to this point...so now the right side of my upper back is whining.
