Guest guest
Hi!Next week I finish up my 90 day version of the Firm Express plan! I plan to take a light-ish recovery week and then start S90 the first weekend in April! I'm am getting excited about trying it out - a little scared, too after reading some of the workout descriptions - but I'll just go at my own pace and continue to add lots of Pilates, walking and stretching since those things seem to help with injury prevention. take care - Donna To: exercisevideos Sent: Fri, March 18, 2011 12:53:23 PMSubject: next rotation? So next week is my last week of CLX... it is also our spring break (which I forgot! and scheduled meetings !!!)... anyway.. I plan on going to gym and my friends gym to do more cardio next week..After having a rotation I find I need it to keep me going.. While Rev Abs seem fun.. I don't have it and waiting for Bret to put out more (fingers crossed)anyway .. I am open to ideas but here is what I am thinkingnext week CLX and cardioweek2. Guest guest
What workouts do you have? I can't suggest rotations if I don't know what you have. I'm still planning to start Rev Abs. I want to alternate the type of workouts I do every month to see if it shocks my body into losing more weight and/or getting more toned. I wore a tighter blouse to work yesterday and my client asked me if I had lost weight. I told her yes and 2 inches off my waist...she was proud of me. Most of my other close are a lot looser because of my 20+ lb weight loss. Anyway, Rev Abs looks fun but also challenging. I hope I like the workouts. Judy - why don't you want to do any of the S90D cardio workouts? You can modify them if necessary. Guest guest
Wish I could join you guys for something but It's running season so I can't really stick to a video rotation. After that I may see Noel again, which again means I can't commit to a video rotation because Noel blows out body parts. For now I'm running 2-3 times a week and the rest is yoga with other mindless cardio and body part specific strength workouts as time and body allow I want to fit in the other S90D's here and there when I can, and I'm also dying to try Rushfit. I also want to try my Body Bar workouts. So many workouts, so little time! I need a Sugar Daddy or Sugar Momma so I can retire early and do 3-4 videos a day! So next week is my last week of CLX... it is also our spring break (which I forgot! and scheduled meetings !!!)... anyway.. I plan on going to gym and my friends gym to do more cardio next week.. Guest guest
Not to mention you get to work out with Brett Hoebel What a dream boat! I watched parts of some of them and they look very fun! Guest guest
Thanks,Carolyn! I'm so happy to have *almost* (one week to go) finsihed a 90 day workout plan - w/out injury or pain (best part of all!) or dread. I think I have managed to do it w/out injury or pain b/c I have been very good about adding in Pilates, stretching and walking. So, I need to do that when I do S90 as well. I think the workout lengths in S90 (under an hour) should make this possible! I may eventually tire of the S90 cardio routines, in which case i will just do my own. Also, I may add in more leg work - my trouble zone - but will likely stick with Pilates/floorwork there. I'm also curious to know if anyone has made their own worksheets for the DVDs - if not, I will probably do so - so I can measure progress!Donna From: Festival City Concrete Ltd / & Carolyn Visser To: exercisevideos Sent: Fri, March 18, 2011 6:31:05 PMSubject: Re: next rotation? > Next week I finish up my 90 day version of the Firm Express plan!congrats donna!! you are the best person for sticking to a rotation, especially a long one!> I plan to take a light-ish recovery week and then start S90 the> first weekend in April!hmmmm, im contemplating doing s90 with you! i also do alot of walking and stretching. and i will be keeping the weights light for an undetermined amount of time, for many reasons. i need to make a chart of the exercises in all of the workouts so i can write down the weights and reps that i do... does anyone already have something like that?:*carolyn.
